We are just warming up for the big push so we need to get organized and prepared to offer great customer service.
There seem to be issues with the printing procedures so I have put together a summary of those procedures. If you still have questions after reading them please feel free to contact me.
There are also some issues with the envelope completion. The information on the envelope is very important to you and the main office as it gives us direction on how to proceed with the transmission and or corrections regarding the return enclosed. A summary of procedures is provided with this fax.
I have attached a copy of the RT Financial Production Selection from the Wizard procedure. Remember the client does not have to use the bank product to get the $750 Easy Advance. You have two choices on this page. First, do they want the $750 Advance with the RT or just the RT?
Second, do they want to get paid with the Net Spend card, a Direct Deposit or a Printed Check?
We have been getting the copy of the Product Summary and Financial Estimates page (attached) in our envelope. This form is for the client and should be used to summarize the refund(s) and fee to the client. Remember there is only one fee, no ups no extra, One FEE!
We are also getting packets with multiple staples in multiple packets of papers in the envelopes. The packets will eventually be broken down and all of those staples will have to be removed. If you feel the need to staple keep it to one staple only. Organize the papers before you put them in the envelope and then you will only need one staple if any at all. We need to keep copies to a minimum. For Schedule C’s we do not need to copy entire ledgers or journals. First month, one month in the middle of the year and last month is fine. A note in the return to the effect that you made select copies of journals and ledgers provided will suffice.
After you give out checks for the EASY ADVANCE make sure you return the envelope to our office ASAP! Some of those returns may have rejects once they are sent to the IRS.
Before you call with concerns about the return make sure you check the Return Review and check out the description of the errors which exist.
Have a great season and get better each day!!!
Thank You!
