Bank Module Fix

Fix for this is to close All Libtax on the machine, then save the file: https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/ltsles/IART_LES/BankModuleCleaner2015.exe

Once saved, right click, run as Administrator.

There will be a few errors listed in the box that shows up with stuff not being a valid library. Ignore those errors, as they are parts of other libraries that do work.
